Get ready to be swept off your feet! For Valentine's 2026, PoleLaTeaz commemorates an incredible 20-year legacy (2006-2026) with a spectacular showcase featuring performances inspired by every single year we've been open. From the early days of foundational moves to today's intricate artistry, witness the evolution of pole and aerial dance through the decades. Join us as we celebrate two decades of empowerment, passion, and unforgettable performances!

HOW IT WORKS

Students who are chosen will be given a specific year by our showcase coordinator and will need to find a song to perform to from that year.

DATE OF THE SHOW: Saturday, February 21, 2026

TIME: 6:30p

We are looking for these types of acts:

Pole Acts

Lyra Acts

Chair/Burlesque/Striptease Acts

Aerial Silks/Sling Acts

The following tips are not essential, but will help the success of your entry:

1. *Lyra submissions: Must have at least 6 months Lyra experience

*Pole Submissions: Must have at least 6 months pole experience

*Chair /Striptease Burlesque submissions: Must have at least 6 months experience

*Aerial Sling/Silks: Must have at least 6 months Aerial sling experience

2. Fluidity between movements.

3.  Strong execution of tricks (we aren't looking for just advanced tricks, just a clean execution of whatever trick you choose to perform).

4. Pointed toes and beautiful lines.

5. Confidence!

6. Strong theatrical stage presence

7. Video submission is required for consideration. Video must be unedited and a minimum of 2 minutes of continuous dancing.

Please upload a video to YouTube or Vimeo (as unlisted) and provide a link below in the application form. (It does not need to be the theme above; any video will suffice as long as it is unedited)

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED sunday january 31 @10:00PM

PLEASE NOTE: We have a limited number of performance spots; not everyone who submits will be chosen for this showcase.

Performers will be chosen based on video submission as well as connection to the showcase theme.
