This freestyle and flow pole training is a transformative program facilitating a dancer's journey into erotica. The program focuses on diving deep into your sensuality, sexuality, and eroticism. By using movement labs, creative prompts, and out of the box challenges, this creates an environment in which women can develop their erotic body intelligence while expanding their freestyle dance skills.

PREREQUISITES

It is highly recommended that you have at least 1 year pole dance experience and be comfortable with basic freestyle dance. This course is designed for instructors who desire to take their dancing to a different level and to help guide their students on bettering their freestyle journeys as well
