Our winter session for the pole dance program is getting ready to start and we are pretty much sold out. We do have a few spots left in this Level 1 classes. Thursdays 11:00a(starts 1/18) We are excited that we are starting our first level 1 class in Alpharetta. The ever so talented Tracy will be leading our Alpharetta location. Wednesdays 10:30a(starts 1/17) Grab those spots while you can. The next session for the pole dance program will start in early march. We will start taking sign-ups for the next pole dance session in a few weeks. In the meantime come take some casual fitness classes with us.

Our next Social Club gathering is to be on January 20th at 6:00p. We are having a slumber party! Pizza, movies(StripTease and Flashdance....who would have guessed?) and girl talk. Valentine's Day is quickly approaching so we have tons of specialty workshops planned for everyone...single or attached. February is our official "Art of Seduction" month. So here is a list of all our workshops for January and February to help you get ready for that special day:

"Sampler Workshop"-Don't know what class suits your fancy! Try them all with our sampler class. In this 90 minute workshop you will get a chance to get a taste of our 4 most popular classes: sultry floorwork, chair dance shadow dance, and a pole spin.

"Shadow Dancing"-This workshop is a unique combination of classic striptease movements along with sensual dance but placed behind a Japanese Shojii Screen. This creates an intriguing and beautiful look on shadow/silhouette dancing. Join us and let your shadows teach you how to love your every curve!!

"Like A Virgin"- Calling all virgins(we can pretend can't we?) Come learn this sexy and steamy dance to this classic song. Please wear all white! (chemises, babydolls,etc...) Each participant will receive a garter and a bouquet wrapped with a ribbon that says "boy toy" on it....something Madonna made famous in her video.

"LapDance"- One of our favorites!This workshop will teach you how to work that chair and turn that special someone on! You will be amazed at the muscle and resistance this class will challenge you with. It looks so good and is so much fun. You will learn some of our signature lap dance moves such as the "Smother" and "Feel The Goods"! We will also teach you a simple striptease to do with this lapdance.
