Every once in a while we all have bad days.
Something that we reinforce in classes all the time is
practicing positive affirmations to yourself.One of the
best ways to create change is by using affirmations,
which leads to positive thinking. Affirmations are
positive statements that you say to yourself over
and over again. Our conscious mind is the vehicle of
thought. Our subconscious mind reacts to these
thoughts and the more often they are repeated, the
more likely they will become a reality.
So here is one to get your weekend started:
"I'm the best thing that's ever happened to
me"
As soon as you wake up Saturday morning, say this
about 5 times, brush your teeth, do a few hip rolls,
and be on your way!
