We made it! One year in business and still rapidly growing. And we could not have done it without you guys!
Thanks to all of our students who came out to our annual fashion show and anniversary party. We had a great time. We plan on doing more fashion shows in the near future. Victoria's Secret watch out!!

The schedule is up for the spring session. The schedule is as follows:

ATTENTION POLE DANCE PROGRAM STUDENTS
 
Get some extra practice time on the poles. We have a few open pole classes scheduled:
 
February 25 12:00-3:00p
March 4 12:00-3:00p
March 18 10:00- 1:00p
March 5, 12, 19, 26, 5:30-6:30p
 
This is only open to students currently enrolled in the pole dance program. We do not teach during these classes. The instructors are there to help perfect moves you already know. You are required to warm up and stretch for 15 minutes prior to practicing on the poles.
 
SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER POLE DANCE PARTY
Get ready to spin.....70's style! Get some extra practice time on the pole and meet other women who are in the pole dance program. Please wear a groovy 70's outfit. Afros, go-go boots, and any other 70's attire highly encouraged! Open to level 1, 2, & 3 students. FREE

Relaxation Exercise
 
  1. Sit or lie down comfortably. Properly comfortably. Straighten your back, put your shoulders back to open your rib-cage.
  2. Relax your shoulder muscles particularly. Relax your whole body, and empty your mind.
  3. Close your eyes (obviously open them when you need to read the next stage).
  4. Take ten deep, slow breaths. Breathe from the pit of your stomach and feel your lungs filling.
  5. Focus on your breathing. Feel it getting deeper and slower. Feel yourself relaxing and any tension drifting away.
  6. Relax your shoulders and neck again.
  7. Visualise yourself being happy, succeeding, winning, being loved, laughing, feeling good.
  8. Relax your forehead, your mouth and your eyes.
  9. Allow a gentle smile to appear on your face as you feel a calmness enter your mind.
     
  10. Then do 5 hip rolls!

REMEMBER.........

Keep good company. Positive feeds positive and negative breeds negative. If you choose to be around positive people you in turn will become more positive.
