Teaz Weekends
Coming from out of town? Looking for a fun filled weekend? Try one of our Teaz Weekend Intensives. No matter which weekend intensive you do, all moves will be broken down and explained thoroughly with experienced instructors. You will be amazed with how much you will learn and retain from just one weekend. Our Teaz weekends are themed and tend to focus on a particular form of exotic dance.
LapDance Teaz Weekend
Learn the art of seduction through this intensive but fun filled weekend of lapdance techniques and other sexy activities. Whether your single or attached it is a weekend you will not forget. Each participant will also receive a pole silhouette picture and a list songs/music used throughout the weekend.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
Lapdance I- Learn the basics of how to give a lapdance.
Lapdance II- Take your lapdance to the next level by learning more advanced moves and incorporating sensual floorwork into your lapdance
LapDance III- After learning these moves your partner won't know what to do! Talk about steamy....
Sexy Bra and Underwear Makeover Workshop-Learn how to embellish your basic bra and underwear. Sexy lingerie is a must for every woman.
WHAT TO BRING: *Oversized button down man's shirt, Hat, Sexy heels, a plain black bra and black underwear(boy shorts preferably with a "v" cut; this seems to be the most flattering for most women) This will be used in our sexy bra and underwear makeover workshop. All other props provided.
WHO IS IT FOR: Any Fitness Level (beginner to advanced)
Pole Dance Teaz Weekend - April 12-13, 2008!!
Come to our fun filled weekend centered around one thing...the pole! Get ready to learn two tantillizing routines.. "The BabyDoll Dance" and "The Seductress Dance". We will also be having an inservice on Kissology 101! What does the shape of your lips say about your personality? Find out what your smoochers are saying about you. Not only will you leave this weekend feeling empowered and full of energy but you will get a great workout in the process. Each participant will also receive a pole silhouette picture and a list songs/music used throughout the weekend.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
Floorwork Intensives: Learn how to work the floor like a pro! Sexy floorwork is a must around the pole. You will learn to move your body in ways that you could never imagine. This class focuses on increasing flexibility through active and passive stretching, core strength building, and improving the fluidity of your floorwork dance moves.
Exotic moves and Striptease: Learn the basics of exotic dance and simple striptease techniques.
Pole Maneuvers and Spins: Learn a variety pole spins and ways to maneuver around the pole.
"The BabyDoll Dance": The first routine you will learn incorporating your floorwork, pole maneuvers, pole spins, and babydoll striptease into a fluid routine.
"The Seductress Dance": The second routine you will learn incorporating more difficult floorwork, pole maneuvers, and pole spins into a fluid routine. Wear something black to add to the seduction of your dance.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring a babydoll of any color; please wear shorts and bra/tank top underneath as we will be learning how to striptease out of the babydoll. Heels are optional.(All heels must have rubber based sole and no skinny stilletos). Also bring a yoga mat for floorwork intensive. Bring something sexy in black(such as clubwear,shorts,sexy tops, etc... )Please make sure that legs are exposed to allow for grip on the pole.
Hollywood Glamour Teaz Weekend
Boas, fishnets, and garters…..oh my! Did someone say neo-burlesque? Come learn this fun form of exotic dance and let your role playing diva out of the closet! We will learn about famous burlesque performers of the past and present and have a sensuality roundtable to discuss what makes you a sensual woman. We will explore all types of ways to get out of different clothing items, character development, power of eye contact, and proper stage walking/posing. Then get ready to learn some sizzling routines such as a fan dance, chair dance, and shadow dancing!
