Pole Dance Program
Our pole dance program is 40+ weeks and consists of 5 levels. Each level is 8 weeks in length. The pole dance program is designed to give you the ultimate fitness experience. The emphasis of the courses are to bring out the dance, fitness, and performance aspects of the art of pole-dancing. As well as teaching the pole tricks, all the elements that make the tricks 'flow' together in a fluid routine are included and encouraged. Students move to each level at their own pace repeating if necessary.
We teach a very intimate and unique movement which consists of signature warm-ups, routines, and moves; therefore we require all students to start at level 1 to learn the foundation of our movement. If you are looking for a more specific goal private lessons might be more appropriate.

Missed Class Policy
Please be aware: Starting with the fall session, you will be allowed
one make up class per session. Please understand that you are not paying "per class" but you
are paying a "tuition". Make sure your schedule will accomodate your
attendance before registering. Remember, you can always take casual
classes and workshops which are better suited for people with hectic
schedules. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
What to Wear
For your first class, please come in fitness clothes. Heels (optional) Clothing guidelines will be discussed in detail on first day of class. Please bring yoga mat/blanket to class with you.
Class/Course Length
90 minutes; Class meets once a week (same day). This course runs 8 consecutive weeks (Eight 90 minutes classes).
Open Pole
Open Pole class is included in your session price. Make sure to keep an eye out on the calendar for the Open Pole for your level. This is a non-structured class time that allows you to practice your moves in the studio on the poles and it is FREE OF CHARGE for pole dance students!
Payment Info
$100.00 deposit due at time of registration; remainder due on 1st day of class. NOTE: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE NO EXCEPTIONS - only a PoleLaTeaz credit will be given.

Level 1 Pole Dance
"Find the Flow"

Level 1 is all about discovery! You will begin to awaken your sensuality and start to move and appreciate your body in a whole new way! For complete beginners!

Level 2 Pole Dance
"Translate The Movement"

Now that you have started to find your flow, it is time to make those moves your own and put your "translation" to it. Beautiful accents and gorgeous transitions will start to emerge.

Sideways spins,heavy focus on transitions and more challenging floorwork.

By Level 3 you are really feeling the movement and beginning to go unscripted. Your mind, body, and soul are starting to become one.

In Level 4 you are completely submersed into the movements and music. Your pole tricks flow seamlessly from one to the next. Improvisation has taken over.

By Level 5, you intimately know every aspect of your sensuality and your body speaks all on its own. In this level, you can stay as long as you want because its all about creativity and improvisation.

This class is for students who want to practice their pole moves on their own. You MUST have been in or currently enrolled in the pole dance program. *Please note: We do not teach during these times; the instructors are there to help you perfect moves you have already learned.
