Due to popular demand we have created a new progressive series for Exotic Dance(no pole) entitled "Femme Fatale".....which means seductive woman.
This 8 week course covers the basics of sensual and exotic dance: sexy walking, body rolls, hip rolls, floor moves, chair dance techniques, shadow dancing, and a simple striptease. We also explore how to express your individuality through sexy clothing. Improve your self image and self confidence while getting in shape at the same time! All props included. By the end of the course you will have learned a complete routine!
This is a great course for someone who might be a little shy, if you are just gettting back into fitness and want to build some strength before going on to level 1 pole, need a boost in confidence or just for the heck of it!
It will be offered on these days for the fall session:
Mondays 7:00-8:00 September 10-October 29
Sundays 1:30-2:30 September 9-October 28
Femme Fatale Level 2 and Femme Fatale Level 3 to start in late fall/early winter.
Level 1 Pole Dance registration for the fall session is now open. Level 1 to be offered on these days:
9/4-10/23 (Tuesdays 8:00p-9:30p)
9/7-10/26 (Fridays 7:30p-9:00p)
9/8-10/27 (Saturdays 10:00a-11:30a)
9/9-10/28 (Sundays 2:45p-4:15p)
Sign up as soon as you can. Spots do go fast.
Please be aware: Starting with the fall session, you will be allowed one make up class per session(pole dance program and exotic dance program). Please understand that you are not paying "per class" but you are paying a "tuition". Make sure your schedule will accomodate your attendance before registering. Remember, you can always take casual classes and workshops which are better suited for people with hectic schedules. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
