ALL DROP IN CLASSES REQUIRE PRE-REGISTRATION
Our drop-in classes are 55 minutes each and every move in class is explained and broken down enabling you to start and stop at any time with out feeling behind. No prerequisite or experience required for most classes. Please wear fitness attire. Please note that all classes are on a first come first serve basis. Due to safety reasons students will be not be able to participate in class if they are more than 10 minutes late.
Price: $15.00 single class and $10.00 single class for Goddess Members

Ballet,Abs,Resistance,Repitition, and Exotica! Come take this high energy class that utiliizes the ballet barre in a sexy way! Your body will feel the burn from head to toe in this total body conditioning class. After a few classes you will see your balance, flexibility, strength, and exotic movements go to another level. Do you enjoy pole circuits? Well this class is for you. Get ready for an energetic pole spin class. Nothing but spins, inverts, and other surprises we might throw in! Heels optional. PLEASE NOTE: Only open to students that are level 3 and higher/or have at least 3 months pole dance experience. MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS. < Back to class list
New to pole dancing and can't get enough? Then you will love this class! Although you may have not learned many spins, you can still perfect the ones you know, and practice "getting up sexy." Get a great work out, and learn new transitional moves! **Must be currently enrolled in Levels 1 & 2 or have completed them.** < Back to class list
The chair is used as a tool to do certain exercises, as well as a prop to incorporate sensual dance movements. You will learn some sizzling chair positions and will be amazed at the muscle and resistance this class will challenge you with. Heels optional. < Back to class list
Learn how to work the floor like a pro! Not only is this class fun you will also learn to move your body in ways that you could never imagine. This class focuses on increasing flexibility through active and passive stretching, core strength building, and improving the fluidity of your "floorplay" dance moves. Pole dancing a la carte! Come take this novice pole fitness class. You will learn a basic beginner spin and sensual dance moves. Heels optional. MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS. < Back to class list

This class is all about practicing your freestyle dance! The instructor will facilitate and challenge you with dance exercises designed to improve your freestyle dance by using props, creative transitions, & other techniques. This class will stimulate your creativity! Heels optional. PLEASE NOTE: must be a level 2 student or higher/or have at least 2 months pole dance experience. Slink and Slither your way to a toned body! This class is a combination of sensual stretching, sultry floorwork, and sensual dance moves. A total body workout. Heels optional. < Back to class list
This beginner class focuses on stretching and strengthening your sexual core muscles:(pelvis, hips, and abdominals) to seductive and sexy music while utilizing yoga postures and sensual movements. This Intermediate class will help to unite and intergrate your mind, body, and spirit through intermediate/advanced yoga postures, and sensual movements. This class is perfect for improving your circulation, and stimulating your abdominal organs! Barefeet only. < Back to class list
Get ready to move those feet, burn calories, and strengthen your abs. This class incorporates traditional dance forms such as jazz, hip-hop, and modern with an exotic twist. Each class will get your body moving and creative juices flowing! This class consists of choreography from only the hottest videos combined with authentic PoleLa Teaz choreography. This pole dance class focuses on slow and controlled movements which will improve your balance, endurance,core strength, and fluidity. You will learn a mini routine consisting of sensual dance, sexy poses,pole dance filler/transitional moves, and seductive floorwork. Open to all levels.
